Beneath the surface: Listening to the inner body

An introductory Somatic workshop

Join me in this Introductory Somatic Workshop where I invite you to tune into your inner world and practice deep, embodied awareness so you can experience firsthand the power and relevance of coming home to your body.

In this 90 minutes together, we will :

👏Learn what Somatic practices are and understand why they are so relevant for us today.

👏Practice simple somatic tools which support Nervous System Resilience and Resourcing. (exploring breathwork, visualization and experienced anatomy)

👏Discover how to listen to our body from within and let it guide us through authentic movement.

👏Explore co-regulation through the power conscious touch

👏Learn from each other’s reflections

This workshop is designed for all levels—no experience needed. If you’ve ever been curious about somatic explorations or simply want to spend an evening in connection with your body, this is your invitation.
