TAROT *

“The Tarot embodies symbolical presentations of universal ideas, behind which lie all the implicits of the human mind”

-A. E. Waite , “The Pictorial Key to the Tarot” (1911)

“Tarot cards depict psychological images, symbols with which one plays, as the unconscious seems to play with its contents. They combine in certain ways, and the different combinations correspond to the playful development of mankind."

-Carl Jung

THE READING and

WHAT TO EXPECT

In a society which prioritizes rationalism, productivity, and external authority over intuitive, mystical, and ancestral ways of knowing, the Tarot becomes a powerful tool to reclaim authority over your Internal proccessings and connection to Spirit. to access guidance that your conscious mind does not have easy access to.

I feel the playful engaging with Tarot cards as an artistic way to work with my Psyche. Relying on, Reclaiming and Excercising my own inner guiding system to find the clarity I need rather than looking for it externally.

Tarot cards incite you to use your imagination- they insist that you practice your intuition and felt sense as inner compasses.

The images serve as portals for self-discovery and  self-reflection, soaking through the deeper layers of the Psyche and accessing unconscious resources; Inviting you to explore and potentially integrate hidden or unfamiliar aspects of your Self.

Working with Tarot is a practice of engaging in conversation with symbolism and imagery, lead by ones active imagination and embodied experience.

The cards act as mirrors to your Self, calling forth the reflections that are ready to be explored.

my approach

My approach to tarot is not a one-way fortune telling experience, I am interested in mutual exploration and insightful collaboration. I am there to hold space and facilitate your own inner guidance  coming alive. The cards speak to both of us, and your active engagement in the process is essential for getting the most out of the experience.

The way I like to work with the cards is by combining the traditional significations of the cards with the Somatic experiencing of their symbolism.

We will give time and space for the embodied response to shape itself and provide us with deeper insights coming direclty from your body.

*Please come to the reading with a question in mind, or an Intention of focus, and as you do that, remember that a well-posed question is already halfway solved. Being clear on what you want to ask is the first step to finding the clarity you are looking for. You'll realize a lot just by the process of outlining what it is that you actually want to know.

Make sure that questions are open-ended and avoid simple yes or no inquiries.

If you are unsure as to how to pose the questions, we can reframe it together :)

SPOILER*

This will not be about predicting the future! It will be about becoming more conscious of the Present.

I am not interested in telling you what to do, or how you should do it. I have no idea. But probably you already do.

I am curious about hearing where you are at, where you want to go and what you are in the process of exploring; my intention is to share hopefully activating insights which might lead us to the uncovering of the more unconscious patterns that are at play in your psyche - and offer us the space to make them more conscious. The rest will come on its own.
